Service Policy
This service provides motorists with an electronic channel for applying, renewing, and updating their Season Parking.
This service available for:
- New Applicants for Season Parking of the respective building’s car park;
- Existing Season Holders of the respective building's car park;
- Season Holders whose Season Parking has expired not more than 1 year;
The rate to be imposed on the Season Parking would be determined by the respective car park's management. Their decision is final and cannot be reviewed or challenged.
The Season Parking rate will be retrieved and displayed only after a valid vehicle number is entered into our system.
The number of months or length of the renewal period allowed for the Season Parking Holders will be determined by the respective car park's management, and it is subjected to the eligibility and availability of the Season Parking.
All the Season Parking will be sold on a calendar month basis. Charges will be at a full month rate. There will be no pro-rated charges considered.
If the Season Parking is renewed on 1st October for 1 month, the Season Parking renewed would be valid until 31st October and you will have to pay the full month rate. Even if the Season Parking is renewed on 15th October for 1 month, the Season Parking renewed would be still valid until 31st October and you will be charged the full month rate.
